Money Back Gaurantee

Bingo Telecom offers 45 day money back guarantee for VOX phone adaptor purchase required for VOX Bundle plan. If for any reason you decide not keep the VOX Bundle service plan, Bingo Telecom promises to refund the full amount for the ATA purchase. The equipment must be returned in its original packing and undamaged working condition.

The customers are required to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing the return request to bingo_admin@bingotelecom.com before shipping the equipment back. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee The money will only be refunded back to the same credit card account with which the purchase was made. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

To use the guarantee you must cancel your service within 45 days of the activation of your account and return VOX phone adapter within 21 days after cancellation. You must not exceed 1000 minutes of VOX to VOX usage in the first 45 days of service.

You will be responsible charges for all calls billed at a per minutes call rates, pay phone calls to Bingo Telecom Toll Free numbers. You will also be responsible for the return shipping of the equipment.

When we receive the equipment, and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month.s monthly charge.
