How to create a VOX Account and Configure the Equipment purchased from Bingo Telecom

1) Login into your account by Clicking on My Account Tab


2) After you login into your account, Click on VOX ACCOUNTS on the Left hand side menu.



3) Click on Add Account



4) Fill in the information for that VOIP account.



The email address can be any email address and does not have to match the account email address. This is the address where the voicemails will be emailed for that account.

Account password is the password for the VOX account.

Setting the Enable National /International Calls field to .Yes. allows the account to make long distance calls. Setting it to .No. will only allow the account to make free calls to other VOX customers.

5) Click on Save to save the settings and to create a VOX account.

You can create upto 5 VOX accounts for your friends and family anywhere in the world and manage them under one login.

If you want to configure the ATA purchased or leased from Bingo Telecom then follow the following steps.

6) Click on Configure my ATA under VOX ACCOUTNS.

7) Choose the account from the drop down menu.



8) Choose the model number of the IP Phone or ATA purchased from Bingo Telecom.



9) Enter the MAC address (in lower case) of the ATA printed on the back of the ATA and click Save.

10) Your ATA is configured and ready to be used as soon as it is connected to the broadband internet connection and a regular phone.

11) Connect your ATA with network cable and turn the power on. Enjoy Unlimited Free calling in VOX network.

How to Reset the ATA OR IP Phone purchased from Bingo Telecom?

1) Click on Configure myATA and then select the account you want to reset from the Drop Down menu.



2) Confirm the account and then Click RESET

3) If you wish to reconfigure the ATA then follow the Steps to configure my ATA.
